General terms and conditions
- You must print your pre-paid Voucher(s) and present it for redemption at the start / place of your tour, activity, service, product or attraction.
- If you purchase the student rate you will need to present a valid student id card when present the voucher for the tour. If you do not have a valid student id card you will be asked to pay the difference on the spot. If you do not pay then you will be asked to leave the tour and forfeit any fees you have already paid and will not be refunded for any reason after that.
- By booking the product / activity / service you agree to the following: The booking is only valid for the date listed and for the person(s) on the form. It is non-transferable, has no cash value and may be redeemed only once for date and item chosen.
- Any unused or partially used services for any reason can not be refunded. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays / accidents and we reserve the right to change product / activity / service without prior notice.
