Do the tours go in all weather conditions?

The tours go in all weather conditions.

There are special cases like high water on the Danube, or storm that can obstruct the tours, in these cases our partners and us decide about the tours individually, and we will inform every client about it. We reserve the right to change the programs of the tours in bad wheather conditions.

Live booking and Confirmation

We will check every booking before confirmation. We will check the available capacity for your requested tour, your given details. We will contact you by email if we need more details or some modification.

If your requested tour is not available, we will send you alternative dates and programs. If you can't accept one of our alternative ones, we will charge the paid fees of that tour back to your credit card by PayPal. We can only give refund if you send us an email about not accepting the modification.

Sometimes we need more information to organize the tour to you than it is our standard booking form. 

Your booking is live if you get our confirmation letter with your voucher. You can participate on your tour with it.

Vouchers and Tickets

After your booking we will check it and send the confirmation email in 24 hours weekdays. Our confirmation email will contain the voucher for the tour our the e-ticket for concert or the vehicle. We will send you every information for using these e-tickets. If you don't get any reply for your booking in 24 hours in weekdays, please, Contact us.

How to cancel or modify my booking

You can modify or cancel your booking with the conditions detailed here: Terms and Conditions. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please, send an email to our booking department. We can only accept any modification by email. We will confirm you your modification by email as soon as possible. If you are entitled to a refund, we will charge back to your credit card by PayPal immediately. If you have to pay any extra fees we will send you a payment request by email. You have to follow the given link and pay by PayPal. As soon as we get your payment, we will send you the confirmation.

If you need any modification, please, note, that we have business time only on weekdays from 9 to 17 hour (CET).

How to pay

You have to pay mostly at the time of the booking by credit card. We use PayPal, because it is safe and easy. At the end of the booking process, when you click Pay Now button, you will go to the website of PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you have to log in and do the payment. If you have no an account: click on the Continue link above the credit cards' icons. Here you have to give the details of your billing and credit card. After applying it, PayPal will charge your credit card with the sum of your booking. We will never get the details of your credit card, only get your payment from Paypal.More info: www.paypal.com

If the paying by Paypal system is not acceptable for you, please, contact us.

At the moment we accept payment only in euro.

How to Book

  1. Check the quantity
  2. Choose your price category
  3. Add to booking listFor Example - If you want to make a booking for both adults and children.First choose quantity and price category for adults and add it to you bookinglist. Then do same steps for the childen and add it to your bookiniglist. Please note - after you have done a booking the bookinglist will get updated with total price and quantity.After you have made your booking you can eighter continue to browse for others trips to put on your booking list or you can go to "book now" to pay for your trip(s)
  4. Do the booking: On the right side you will find a "my bookings" dialog box. Click "show booking list" to monitor your bookings. From this dialogbox you can modify, delete or purchase your bookings. For purchase click "book now"
  5. Give your details. Please give the date(s) of your tour(s) also.
  6. Click Pay Now. Now you go to the website of PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, log in and do the payment. If you have no an account: click on the Continue link above the credit cards' icons. Give the details of your billing and credit card. Apply it and now your booking is done.
  7. We will check your booking and send the confirmation by email in 24 hours on weekdays.

General terms and conditions

  1. You must print your pre-paid Voucher(s) and present it for redemption at the start / place of your tour, activity, service, product or attraction.
  2. If you purchase the student rate you will need to present a valid student id card when present the voucher for the tour. If you do not have a valid student id card you will be asked to pay the difference on the spot. If you do not pay then you will be asked to leave the tour and forfeit any fees you have already paid and will not be refunded for any reason after that.
  3. By booking the product / activity / service you agree to the following: The booking is only valid for the date listed and for the person(s) on the form. It is non-transferable, has no cash value and may be redeemed only once for date and item chosen.
  4. Any unused or partially used services for any reason can not be refunded. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays / accidents and we reserve the right to change product / activity / service without prior notice.

Hydrofoil tickets:

At the time of booking.

Possible until 72 hours prior to departure.

Within 24 hours prior departure: non refundable, but tickets can be re-booked.

24 hours - 12 days prior departure: 80% refundable

Over 12 days prior departure: 90% refundable

Airport Transfers:

In cash directly to the driver at departure.

Possible until 72 hours prior to departure.
